Terms of Service
Please review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) governing your access to and use of RestroMithra software, applications, and related technical services operated by Vidrava Technologies Private Limited (vidravatechnologies.com).
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or downloading RestroMithra HQ, RestroMithra Captain, or accessing our cloud console, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent an organization or restaurant business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. License & Authorized Usage
RestroMithra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications solely for your internal restaurant billing, table management, inventory tracking, and kitchen coordination operations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the applications.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, mobile OTP codes, and staff access PINs. Any operational actions performed using your authentication session (including discounts, refunds, and bill cancellations) are attributed to your authorized tenant account.
4. Offline Mode & Local Synchronization
RestroMithra provides offline-first billing capabilities. You acknowledge that offline transactions are queued locally on your device and must be synchronized with our cloud servers once network connectivity is re-established to maintain accurate inventory balances and aggregate reporting.
5. GST & Regulatory Compliance
While RestroMithra provides automated calculations for GST rates, HSN codes, and invoice formatting, the restaurant business remains solely responsible for the legal accuracy of its tax filings, GSTIN credentials, and statutory tax remittances.
6. Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app deletion feature or our Account Deletion Portal. Upon termination, your credentials will be revoked immediately and personal data erased pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
